I felt moved to send this to you since it has been almost a whole year since you made my custom K-3 tenor 4-string and sent it to me for my Christmas present bestowed upon me by my wonderful wife. She wouldn't let me open it until Christmas Eve, and the first impression was WOW! I sent an email extolling it's impressive virtues a few days afterward. I expected a lot from you and got that (and more).

After one year, I still play it nearly every day and I still love it. I expected a beautiful piece of workmanship, an instrument that was also a work of art, and that I got. My delight was that it sounded even better than I expected. After one year, I believe the sound continues to improve with age. There is more "pop" and yet it still has that mellow, almost harp-like quality that makes it sound so good live and on recordings. I have written new songs with it and I have played it at my Church when I do "special music" for the congregation. In addition, it looks just as good as when I opened the case for the first time.

Thank you again for your beautiful work and for helping me to find such joy in learning to play and perform with the ukulele. Of all the instruments I have played and used, I enjoy this the most.
