Binding is the trim that protects the edges of the instrument and adds that unique touch. We offer four types of binding:

• Tortoise (Turtle Shell)
• Ivoroid (Ivory)
• Black (Ebony)
• Custom Hard Wood

If a 'ukulele is to receive any binding, a channel is routed into the body to accept the binding. Once the body has been routed, a technician will use a special adhesive designed for binding material.

In combination with the binding, we are also able to inlay Paua Abalone as an inner purfling, adding beauty to any instrument.
