Upon receiving instruments from assembly, finish technicians final sand, inspect and prepare each instrument to except our revolutionary Ultra Violet (UV) cured finish. The bridge location is identified and a thin Mylar tape is used to “mask” off the area for the bridge. This allows for the removal of the tape after application of finish is completed to ensure proper wood to wood adhesion between the sound board and the bridge.
