Eat Sleep Music Sessions – K-Town Heroes CD

“Eat Sleep Music Sessions” is a collection of songs that were recorded over the span of five days. From December 16-20 2008, Aldrine and Ryan lived at the Eat Sleep Music Recording Studio in Honolulu, Hawaii, sleeping on the floor at night after spending the entire day recording. The resulting tracks, though far from perfect captured the raw essence of the K-Town Heroes sound and are featured here on this album.
